Marie is passionate about human and planetary health. She believes that understanding leads to caring and therefore, education is central to fostering connections with each other and our natural environment.
Marie has worked with learners of all ages through her roles as instructor, facilitator, and program developer at University of Waterloo, Humber College, and the Miles Nadal JCC. She strives to cultivate a sense of wonder and curiosity in learners through her pedagogical endeavours, including in her current position as a Waste Reduction Educator with Ecosource.
Marie completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo and continues to pursue her interests in sustainability, healthcare, and education.
