Field & Fork Kitchen Program

Join us Monday evenings (5 – 7 pm) for seasonal field-to-table workshops at our Local Food Hub at 5070 Fairwind Drive in Mississauga.

Learn about growing local food and cooking in season
Prepare meals and snacks from garden produce
Practice food preservation techniques, such as canning and drying
Support our #GrownInMississauga social enterprise
Share food and knowledge with friends and the community

No previous cooking experience necessary.
