Canning for Beginners

Join Ecosource and Eden Food for Change for a canning workshop. We will be making mixed pickles using local and organic produce from Ecosource’s Iceland Teaching Garden. All participants will be able to take home a jar of pickles. This workshop is ideal for those new to canning and food preservation.
