Canning 101

Preserving and canning your harvest is a great way to enjoy local food all year round! Join us in our new community kitchen to learn how to make dilled carrots. No cooking experience necessary. Participants under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. All participants MUST wear close-toed shoes. Participants will be able to take one jar of carrots home. Space is limited, RSVP with lpenney@ecosource.ca.
