Kitchen Roots: Meal Planning

Join us for an evening of meal planning strategies, and some hands-on meal prep! Meal planning is a great way to help reduce food waste, eat healthy, and free up time during the week. We’ll be looking at a few strategies to help you get started, some go-to versatile recipes to build your repertoire for storage-friendly meals, as well as prepare 3 different meals you can take home for the week!
