Learn about growing food in urban areas – no experience necessary! 

Ecosource offers various volunteer opportunities at our community garden network in Mississauga throughout the growing season. Please find our current opportunities listed below:  

Drop-In Sessions at the Meadow Green Demonstration Garden 

Meadow Green Demonstration Garden volunteer sessions will be held from 4:30-6pm on the following dates:
June 22
July 6, 20, 27
August 10, 24, 31
September 14, 28

Help us grow food for donation to the local community by supporting seasonal garden tasks like seeding, transplanting, weeding, harvesting, watering, and more. This is a drop-in volunteer program with no pre-registration required. Please note, all participants under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. If you are a youth between the ages of 13-17, please bring a waiver form signed by your parent/guardian with you to your first volunteer session.
