Time to Celebrate!

Youth Rain Action Storyboard

Post 20: Time to Celebrate!

After all of our hard work designing and installing the Youth Rain Action garden, this weekend it was finally time to celebrate!

The celebration got started when we got participation certificates. Then we gave guests tours of the rain garden and talked about how to build rain gardens. We also had a stream table set up. It was a lot of fun, and a great way to learn about storm water management.

To help our pollinator friends even more, we also had supplies so that guests could make seed balls with milkweed.
